GPS is one of the best companies I have had work done for the house. After an initial phone/text tag, it was a seamless process. Ryan, Joel and Brandon did an excellent job that they were responsible for. The office staff, Veronica and Mia, at the office were very courteous and respectful while resolving any issues.
Everyone was extremely professional, and the quote was very competitive. However, the main reason I used Generator Power Systems Company was because of their extensive experience in understanding/managing the electrical work and intensive knowledge of generators. The Master Electrician was far more knowledgeable than the competition and the installation crew was very experienced – this, which was extremely important for me. Also, after considerable research in understanding various whole house generators, the Kohler was far superior to others – do the research!
Generator Power Systems did a super job installing my emergency generator. True professionals whom walked me through every stage of the process without a hitch and answering my numerous questions along the way. I would highly recommend GPS for a quality installation and service after the install.
Over the years, with many power outages, my Kohler Generator and Generator Power Systems has never let me down. Whenever there is a power outage in my area, I get a call from Generator Power Systems checking to see if my Kohler is performing and if I need anything. I have always been able to tell them everything is perfect. WHAT A GREAT CHOICE IT WAS WORKING WITH GENERATOR POWER SYSTEMS AND BUYING A KOHLER.
We had a wonderful experience installing our generator with Generator Power Systems! Their team worked with us on every step of the installation and testing to ensure we were comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Generator Power Systems for your new generator.
Everything was done on schedule and all service personnel were a pleasure to deal with! My Labrador Max especially liked his treats!
Great Customer Experience. Always professional, courteous and friendly.
All work started and completed on schedule. All on site installers were professional. Office staff responsive to inquiries. We received estimates from four companies. We selected this company for the great feedback we received while obtaining estimates. We also liked that the contract did not contain a mandatory arbitration clause. Total time from signing the contract to complete installation was about 5–6 months. Just do your homework by educating yourself on whole house generator systems, which is what we did and that is why we used this company.
… Generator Power Systems is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Completely professional, customer oriented, knowledgeable and they make hard projects look easy. I would highly recommend them when you want a quality installation and service. They are the best in Houston!
