Everyone was extremely professional, and the quote was very competitive. However, the main reason I used Generator Power Systems Company was because of their extensive experience in understanding/managing the electrical work and intensive knowledge of generators. The Master Electrician was far more knowledgeable than the competition and the installation crew was very experienced – this, which was extremely important for me. Also, after considerable research in understanding various whole house generators, the Kohler was far superior to others – do the research!
All work started and completed on schedule. All on site installers were professional. Office staff responsive to inquiries. We received estimates from four companies. We selected this company for the great feedback we received while obtaining estimates. We also liked that the contract did not contain a mandatory arbitration clause. Total time from signing the contract to complete installation was about 5–6 months. Just do your homework by educating yourself on whole house generator systems, which is what we did and that is why we used this company.
